I'd check it over in person. If it had that how a mileage why would so many things be changed?
Wrong long hood, no wiper door or grate, wrong horn button, no distributor shield, non-shielded wires, wrong valve covers, rocker panels painted body color, stingray emblems added. The paint should be Rallye red not Monza.
If the main engine pieces are correct along with the trim codes etc it could be worth the price. To make it right you'd need to find a 68 BB hood, complete wiper door setup, and other odds and ends. Probably at least $1200 for these parts plus a repaint.
Check the tach for a 5600 redline, rear sway bar, and HD cap ujoints and also for a single fuel line from tank to engine compartment(tripowers only had this in 68-69).

I would take a look at it in person, you will likely find that this is not a matching numbers car. It strikes me as a nice "era correct" clone. A true 427/435 vert car would go for much much more.
