help needed to buy a vette

hi everyone ,im new to this so any help given is apreciated , im looking to buy a vette , anything from a 68-73 , must b convertible and b in good condition (small block) .with matching numbers i dont care where it is , and would like it in black but any colour is ok . and the most important thing is i dont want to spend more than 20000. thanks all

its LA California , but im open to look at almost anywhere , would like a small block .
