Your ad also says it is an automative and clearly from the pictures it is not from what I can see. You might want to change that, a automatic would be a turn off for me. Good luck with the sale.

If you thought about giving first crack to a forum member, let us know the "ballpark" of your reserve. Maybe you wouldn't have to lower it anymore. Just a suggestion. I have a friend looking in nj. Tired of driving to PA,NY only to find "Projects".
