If you had a TH400, then the 200R-4 bolts up with no changes. I used the trans mount off of my TH400 and the linkage arm off of the TH400. The speed-o cable connects to the 200R-4, though you will find that it has to stretch an additional 3 inchs to reach. Change to TH350 yoke and hook up TV cable with new bracket and you're home free. I wonder if the manual transmission crossmember on my car will also work with the TH200R4... I know that I'll only be able to install/remove the tranny if the engine is out...(because of the fixed crossmember)...

Yep, remove the extension on the crossmember and it bolts right up. Not a bad idea to replace that big heavy pig crossmember with a lightweight tubular one though.

I'm sure that it's going to cost a couple 100 bucks to install that crossmember...

If the car is down here, I'm sure we could figger out a solution, especially with the brain of Mr. Wonderful!

What extension? Gotta pic of it? I've got a line on a 2004R right now (gonna trade a 82 collector's edition drivers side top for it, unless one of you guys wants it...) so I need to start getting all my ducks in a row for the install.
