Default Side window adjustment

I need some help with the passenger side window on my 73` convertible. The door fits nice and closes easily with the window down but with the window up the back edge of the glass hits the edge of the top and won't close. I was wondering if there is a way to adjust the window foward a bit so it doesn't hit????(the car has power windows if that makes a difference).

There are several adjustment points on the window glass. See if this is any help.

The Assembly Manual for my 1977 has a page of details on adjustments. I would copy it here, but the details wouldn't make sense without the sub-assy drawings.

My passenger window is so loose that I have to shut the door with the window down and then manually guide it in place as I roll it up. Like yours, it is also a power window. It's now higher up on my list of repairs.

WHOAA! Any idea of exactly where that page was extracted from? I'd like to buy the whole book.

Looks like a factory service manual, available from the vendors in the book section here.

Yep, factory manual has a DETAILED process for adjusting the side glass. My passenger side is off (tilted somehow), but I'm waiting for the hardtop to be finished.

My 72 AIM and my GM SErvice manual both have window adjustment procedures.
