Default New tires-wow what a difference

The roads here in Wisconsin have finally got all the sand and salt washed off from the winter. Got the Vette out for the 1st time since Oct. 18th. Put new tires on right away (Firestone Indy 500) I still had the original Goodyears that came with the car new on. These tires make a world of difference in how the car no longer follows cracks etc. Car started right up after about 3 seconds of cranking. C'mon warmer weather! ! !! ! ! ! :auto:

Glad to hear you had a great day. There is a big difference in tire technology these days.

Things have pretty well thawed out here in sw Ontario as well. I'm looking at new tires this year. What size are you using? I was considering the Goodyear Radial T/A's (245/60's) but I have no experience with the Goodyear tires. Right now it has a mixture of 245/60's on the car and it rides like a tank.
