Default 2004 Hot Rod Power Tour

every year a few of us get together and go on this. if it sounds like something you might want to do just post it here. more info will follow.
Mike

Ya know how Chevrolet and HOT ROD always team up to give away a car on Power Tour? We've just announced that, this year, the giveaway car will be Car Craft magazine's Cheap Street Chevelle. Steve Strope at Pure Vision Design is redoing it with fresh paint, Edelbrock suspension, BonSpeed wheels, Year One interior, Redline GaugeWorks gauges, and more. It will be powered by a GMPP 502 and a 4L85E trans. Stay tuned to HOT ROD for details on how you could drive it home.

I'll have a new engine in the car by then so it shouldn't keep me from coming this year. We'll see you there, Mike!

The Power Tour is at the top of my list of things I would love to do with my vette. (List includes the Woodward dream cruise and an NCRS road tour). That route sounds like a HOT ONE!! :) One of these years I will do it! (Not this year) Do they ever route these things a bit farther East?? :) MJ

I went on the last Power tour in a supercharged 93 vette and had a blast. This year I hope to take the 78 on the tour. What a blast it was. If you have never been, you need to do a leg or two.

When is this tour going to come down the East Coast? Preferrably through Charlotte NC. This is the heart of race country but we just don't seem to get any attention! :cry :banghead:

The ghost returns to the forum! Welcome back Michael! :D

I'm still "probable" for this year's Power Tour, but I will be on Power Tour '05 for sure.
