Richard,
I too wish you luck with your job search. This has been a tough year for alot of people with the corporate world looking after their bottom line. I know I've read many posts over the year on this forum of people losing their jobs and have to admit this is one tight family who supports each other.
Santa is bringing all of my family down to my house for a few days and we only exchange one gift with one other member(with a maximum value), so it's just a good time to catch up on things that have gone on all year. And I've already got a roll of duct tape for my Mom's mouth when she starts badgering me. :yesnod:
I did buy a couple of things for the vette yesterday, but that was only to put a few things back to original that were missing. There was a motive behind it as I plan on buying a C-5 in late January or early February for my daily transportation and that means the other two('71 vette & truck) will have to go. I wish I could afford both(all), but it isn't going to happen.

New helmet for the track. Mine was too old to get past the SCCA inspection.
My dad got me a gift cert. to Home Depot which has been changed in to a really nice screwdriver set (with rubber handles) and a 130 some piece drill bit / driver bit set.
Got some 1/4" drive tools on my x-mas list, so hope to see those under the tree. Along with a laser level set. Other than that, it will be some DVD's and Vette nick-knacks and some other small stocking stuffers.

I hope you get that job. I have been out of work for exactly 1 year to the date this past friday. I got a call and was offered a good job, starting 1/5. It made my Holidays! Good Luck!

Either a GM Delco CD for the C4, or a Dr. Don's refurb for the current Bose.
And plenty of duct tape for my mother-in-law! :lolg:
