[OT] Closing Day!!
I sold my condo and bought a house.. Just got back from the closing...
Now I'll have a 2 car garage and will be able to do much more of the work on my cars myself :party: :party: :party:

I'm jealous!! I'm turning 40 in a few days and I have yet to buy my first house, with or without a garage :(

Hey Oliver, congrats. I'm thinking that you need to have a welcome party at your new house and invite a lot of the hot Miami women. A good date for the party would be anytime between Dec 25 and Dec 31. Oh, and I'll need directions from the Tampa area. :D

:lol: I won't be in the vette. Although, the motorcycle will lay down a nice patch of rubber. :lol:
