First Ride Of The Season!

I took the Vette out for a ride today, and I am smiling big time!
This year, I put a little more effort into giving the car a decent tune-up, and she's running as smooth as ever!

I only saw one other Vette, a C3, which I thought was strange because the weather is excellent.

Thanks to everyone here for all the tune-up tips!

Yeah, I was out today too and didn't see ANY other vettes. It was a little overcast here but not raining and the temperature was nice. Sunny out now . . .

You and me both!! What a great feeling. I have been waiting on a friend for several months to finish my axle. I finally got it yesterday, and got the car running this morning at 1. I promptly took it out for a cruise until 2. Then I was outside washing it at 5:45AM so I could take it to work. I saw very few Vettes, but I did get a wave from a C4. It didn't matter, nothing could get the grin off my face. Congrats to you for getting out!! :cheers:

Had mine out today. Sweating my rearend off too. Stopped and got a big bottle of water and kept on cruising. Rode around for about an hour. Came back home and dipped my toes in the pool for a little while. Ahhh...it was a nice day. Lets hope tomorrow is just as nice for the 4th.
