Pace car owners...

A friend of mine wants to but a PC & called to ask my opinion, so I'll ask yours. Car is an L-48 auto, new oyster interior, new brakes, rotors, trans freshly o/h, ice cold A/C, suspension, exhaust, glass lids, 2K sound system, new decal kit, 100K miles on orig. motor, clean rust free desert car, runs & drives very well. Only down side is paint should probably be redone.
What do you think is a fair "to & from" figure?

Oyster interior? Should be silver.

Sure it's a pace car?

If so, 7500-10k, not sure about the paint.
