This forum spreads mods like an infectious disease!! Somebody posted about their header install and it definitely got me motivated to do mine (which are on the car but I still have a lot of exhaust work to do). Meanwhile I feel like I have been reading a lot of new posts lately about headers going on. So how many people have put on headers in the last month?? :) MJ

Well, kind of. I replaced my Hooker sidemounts with a set of Dynomax jet-hots. Still need pipes and mufflers yet.

I happened to have ordered mine about the time Metal_Wulf's were arriving, although I was unaware of his purchase at the time. However, he had a couple things that slowed down his install and I got mine hooked up to the exhaust first. :p: :D Here's a tip though, if you buy Dynomax headers, be sure to order good collector gaskets, one of mine burned up already. :rolleyes: Their header gaskets seem to be fine, but I would advise buying Stage 8 locking header bolts to avoid having to retorque the bolts later.

I just got mine ceramic coated so I had them off and back on again :lol:


These headers were 5 years old and looked pretty bad before the coating
