Default New fuel line - Check it out.

I was running the metal/flexible line/hose clamp set up. Talked to Paul at http://www.hydroboost.com/. He hooked me up with the same material that he makes linesets out of. Got a good looking, secure fuel line for the Demon now.

Hey, my braided fuel line from Summit showed up in the brown truck yesterday. I'm going to put in on tomorrow. Should I use teflon tape on the aluminum fittings? I've never delt with these things before.

I didn't use tape on the AN fittings but I did on the fuel bowl inlets and this is what happened:

If you use the tape, don't wrap it on the first two threads. :nono:

No tape. But you might need new steel crush washers that go in between the fittings and the float bowl. Demon sent a set to me free of charge when the repaired a messed up helicoil in the carb body.
