I've run it in the 1/4. It ran 10.30's. Would've been quicker but it ran out of gear at 1000 feet.

That is fast! I only have a 434 solid roller with a TKO 600 5 speed.

383, solid roller cam, Skip White heads, tunnel ram w/ Holley 450's. 150 shot of nitrous, 4.11 gears. Still pulled 13"-14" of vacuum for the power brakes and headlights.

Is it a common plenum tunnel ram? What tranny and stall. What is your max rpm if you are running out at 1000 feet? I shift into 5th from 1 to 1 4th gear at @135 mph with my 4.11 and 28 inch tall tires

I wouldn't expect it to run out of RPM with 4.11's unless the rev limiter is set low or a LOT of converter slippage?

What sort of 1/4mile MPH? 130'ish?

28" tires, 4.11 gears, th350 with 3200 stall converter. Rev limiter set at 6700 rpm. Shifting @6200 rpm. In the 1/8 I go through the lights at 6000 rpm

My old 427 Camaro ran 135 MPH with some N20.....up from 118 MPH N/A. Was twisting it pretty hard with the 4.10's and sometimes 4.56's. But it seemed to like it and never died.

I cross the line at 8K in the 'Vette these days with the 555". I sorta cringe when I think about how much stuff is spinning around in there with a 4.25" stroke....but it's been doing it for many years with no issues.

Solid roller ought to have a lot of RPM left in it....

Picking up 25 MPH on back half is fun. When mine was N/A it gained 30 MPH and it was fun to run folks down on the big end! With boost it gains 40+ MPH.....

Your car is absolutely amazing! Picking up 40+ mph on the back half is just insane! People watching your car make a run have to be in shock. Keep up the great work!

My friend Al, who does not post, just had a nice outing in his C3. He's not a spring chicken.

Still has an independent rear. I'll try to get a picture of the car.
