Is this a 350 powered corvette or one of the 305 CI California versions? Or was that only in 1980?

Only 1980 CA C3s had that. But it's the caveat to the CCC system, that it isn't strictly a one-year system, since it also came in LG4-equipped C3s delivered to California in 1980. All 1981 C3s had L81 engines (basically L48), with the CCC system.
