Go to http://www.Switchboard.com and search for automobile appraisers. Here is one results page of about 20 that I found in San Diego. You may also want to visit an exotic car dealership (La Jolla or Gaslamp) and ask who they use for appraisals.

The difficult part is finding an appraiser who will value the car at what YOU think it's worth:
