Default Aluminum radiator group purchase anyone?

I have been seeing a lot of people talking about cooling problems. What do we have to do to get a group purchase going on an aluminum radiator that fits? Who would buy one at a good price?

I'm ready to get one. Have been wanting to make arrangemnts for a Dewitts and Spal combo from Tom DeWitt. If you can make a volume deal...go for it.

I have been looking at an aluminum radiator with electric fans. I figure if im going to be working down there I might as well do both. So I would definately be interested.

Ok you guys, lets see who really mean it! We are now making our own aluminum racing radiators for C3's and can offer a great radiator with or without the electric fans and a great price.

The other manufacturer (B Kool) offers one model for 69-82. The reality is that there are (4) four different core sizes for that era and all the inlets and outlets are different. You have the 69-72 SB 26" rad with filler neck, ours even has the factory dent in the lower tube. 69-72 BB with a 27.5" core and no filler neck, 73-76 (both sb and BB) with a 27.5" core and filler neck, and the 77-82 with a 26.25" core and straight upper connection. All use press formed end tanks, no epoxy, factory type upr and lwr end channels, that even have to factory square holes. Here's one of ours below:

The combo package is normally $890, which is about $200 lower than any of the big catalog guys. How many would be interested in $100 off that? $790 net for radiator with Spal dual 11" and wiring.

The above photo is a griffin radiator but the DeWitt radiator looks very similar. If you want the Griffin, I can still do that too but I can't offer the discount.

I almost forgot the special 68 model. The 68 BB & SB with air and/or auto used a copper radiator from 67 that had a 22.5" core. Since the dual spal fan package is 23.5" it doesn't fit, until now! Now we offer a special 23.5" core radiator that fits into the factory core support and will except the fan package without any cutting. Here it is!

Tom,
What I am interested in is a aluminum rad for a 1978 corvette with a automatic transmission . I do not need a electric fan set up.

Tom, thats really great. Can you do the radiator only as well as I already bought the Spal's from you and was waiting for this radiator as you told me it was coming. Thanks, Bill Van Orman.

$450 for the radiator + $340 for the fan kit = $790
Buy them together, buy them separately, I don't care but I do want to set some limit to this so let's say for the remainer of Jan 2003, then it's back to normal. If you want to get something going I suggest emailing me directly or calling that the shop. www.dewitts.com

Tom,

How big are the tubes in your radiator 1" or 1 1/4" ?

Thanks

I gotta pay off the block and rotating assem that I just bought. But I am going to need a Aluminum Radiator before I start the engine for the first time.
Tom What are the core tube diameters on your radiators?
