Guys,

My 69 390 horse is in need of an exhaust system looking into getting a Chambered system. Where is a good place to order from. I googled didn't find much. Thanks

I put on the off road exhaust system on my 68 L36. I bought mine from Corvette Central. From the cross member back it’s one piece. Very easy installation and sounds great.

I believe you that it sounds nice, but I can guarantee you it doesn't sounds anywhere as nice as a chambered system.

look at Allen's corvette exhaust,it is chambered 60's style,they make several different systems.Wilcox corvette carry's it.they have a couple short video on them.

Got mine from allens about 8 years ago. I love the sound. Allens has more chambered length in theirs compared to other manufactures so its not too loud and the chambers are 3" so you get a true 2 1/2" system.

Not sure how they configure them today but when I spoke with them I had them make my 69 after the 65 exhaust which is a true 2 1/2" system all the way out... they even made me 2 1/2" stainless tips at the mufflers because the factory stuff narrowed down to 2" in two places (right at the manifold flange and the tip going out of the exhaust were both necked down to 2" on factory styled exhaust.)

Also you can get it in aluminized or two diff grades of stainless.

I bought mine from Allens a couple of years ago. It’s a family business
and that are nice people. And it sounds great not to loud.

I put the the four chamber kit on my 69' 427/400 and it not only sounded very nice but going from the pathetic stock 2" to 2.5" made it run much better.....I bought it from Wilcox. Fit perfect too.
