Default head lights

Having issues with the headlights. When on high beam all 4 bulbs light up. Switching to low beam, nothing. Suspect the dimmer switch. Anybody else encounter this?

Did you pull the bulbs and test the Low Beam filaments with a couple of wires connected to the battery?

If your low beam lamps are good...definitely check the dimmer switch. Very common that they act that way when they go bad. Besides, they are reasonably priced and take about 5 minutes to install.

I had the same problem with my Firebird years ago and it turned out to be the dimmer switch.

Verify your low beam connections are tight.
Had same thing happen - one of the low beam plugs was not snug.
