I am thinking about buying a ground effects kit with rear wing for my 81. And maybe eventually put a twin turbo hood and rectangular non-pop-up headlights. So does anyone have these on their car? I'd like to see pics of it all together. Here is one pic of just the ground effects kit from ecklers:

By the way, how much lower would this make my car in the front and on the sides?

I like the ground efects, I was considering getting them for mine. Don't care for the retangular lihts tho, stick with the stock ones

I perfer the stock look over the retangulars, but like the idea of not having pop-ups and having to fool with vaccum. Sometimes one light comes up before the other, and lately, my right side one doesn't come up at all. Vaccum leak I guess.

I had that kit on my 81 along with the Daytona style hood and thought it looked great.
SpyderD bought my vette and maybe he will be able to past some pictues for you to see how it looks installed on the car.

I think that kit (minus wing) was put on my car, along with late C3 body panels. It looks pretty good (better than these pictures indicate), and people always ask about it because it looks so different.

The ground clearance is really tight. I have a modified suspension, so I'm not sure what stock would be. Average clearance is ~5 inches, although my headers are even lower.

I installed the side skirts to avoid the paint being chipped everytime I drove the car . Clearance has not been a problem although the car is lowered .

Yep! VanaCor's is the place I'll probably get them. I just used eckler's pictures because they were better. Vanacor has the ground effects, wing, the twin turbo hood, and head lights conversion. Thanks for the link tho. I have the magazine here at home.
