I got a Mirrored Glass top for my 81{drivers side) from these guys and was very pleased. The top was like new and the weather stripping was like new as well. Very PLEASED with these guys and the service was great also.
And no I do not work for them LOL.

also try Melrose T-tops(use search engine) in Indianna. i haven't done any business with them but they make a set of black or smoked T-tops that i would like to buy to replace my mis-matched mirror set. i also don't work for them LOL. I believe Melrose is a manufacturer and not just a re-seller.

I haven't purchased anything from him, but I sold him 3 or 4 sets of Glass Tops back in the summer. Quite a large sum of money.
I was sent a 50% deposit immediatly and was promised full payment with in a specified time to which I agreed. Payment was made much quicker than I had agreed on.
I also recieved a very good recomendation here on the forum for my items description, packaging and quick shipping. It was most appreciated and I would like to return the favor.

The LOF tops that Harkema sells are manufactured by Melrose T-tops.
I have purchased several sets of tops from Melrose and been pleased.
One top arrived defective, as the glass was not mounted squarely on
the frame. They immediately sent a replacement out via second day
air. They charged me for the replacement but credited my credit
card as soon as they received the defective one back.
Melrose is located in Illinois and has a web site. Both Harkema and
Melrose sell two types of glass tops, a black glass and a mirror glass.
I prefer the black glass, as it gives more shading in the car from the sun.

right you are mark, melrose is located in cortland illinois. $1100 for a new set of tops - minus exchange for old.

Maybe you should contact Drew Thompson of Thompson Astro Tops in Alabama. He sells the one piece tops and refurbishes the original tops also. Nice guy and geat to do business with. I think his are a whole lot cheaper than $1100. JIM :seeya
