Somebody offered me a 68' Big Block Vert at the strip today...
Typo in Topic title.... offered me - not offered my :jester
A 68 Big Block Convertible (427 ci) that runs and drives and with a good frame (according to the owner...)...but needs some work. The guy is asking $7500.... That doesn't seem to be a bad price at all for a running and driving big block Vert... I'm sure that he would sell it for $7k or even less...
Should I sell my Duntov within the next couple of weeks - I might consider this car....

I'd go for it. The US economy is much worse than ours up here. That is the second great deal on a bb vert. that I have heard in 1 week. I just wish that parts would come down in price that much. We are having an ongoing debate at our house right now, which orients itself around my next toy, err I mean my wifes second car. My son wants her to have a Viper and I am torn btn, building her a C2 coupe or waiting for another year or so and buying her a C5, yet she for some reason like RX7's. :crazy:
