Sorting through some boxes in the garage this weekend.

This is what "parked" ol' 67HEAVEN 17 years ago.........and no, it wasn't the first time (by a long shot). :lol:



Maybe I should have them bronzed and then hang them from the mirror. :jester

I once broke a cam. OK it wasn't in a Corvette but it was in a '70 RS/SS Camero with a M21 and 4.11's. Anyway the motor wouldn't turn over even with a breaker bar so I took the heads off. The vave reliefs were all in a row but #2. It was going straight up and down. On tear down I found cam loabs in the oil pan and what was left of the cam wraped around #2's connecting rod. Looked pretty neat. Should have saved that. :D
