New Stroker Engine ( w/ pics )
Hi guys,
It's been a long time since my last post but I'm back again !
I had an engine problem a few months ago, broken exhaust valve spring, so broken exhaust valve, bent pushrod, broken cylinder head... and many exhaust valve pieces almost everywhere, mixed with oil and coolant !!!
The special "Z bent" pushrod !
So after 44 years of dedicated service, it was time for a brand new engine... I launched out on a 383 stroker ( ZZ383 crate engine ) with some mods, like an Edelbrock Performer Air Gap Vortec intake manifold.
Power and torque should be in the 450 range.
About 1/2" between the air filter and the hood, at the closest point.
About 1/2" between the air filter and the hood, at the closest point.

Sorry for the mis fortune, but it looks like you're not going to miss that old engine! Looks great!
