Default Another bolt size question... =)

Apparently I'm not as organized as I though. What size bolt goes through the differential carrier into the frame? It has a nut, too, right?

Also, I'm confused about how these rubber mounts go. When I took mine off, there was only one rubber piece, and it was falling apart. I bought a new mount, and it comes with two pieces, one smaller than the other. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks, :D
Jerry

Don't know the bolt size, but the cushions go on the front of the differeintial mount plate.

If the Bushing you are asking about is the front on, the piece with the lip sticking out goes on top so the lip goes thru the bolt hole. The bolt goes in from the top side. This may help http://www.ecklers.com/product.asp?p...dept%5Fid=1861

Jerry,

The bolt size is in that Chevy Power article, but I can't quite decypher what's written there; it's perhaps 7/16"-14 x 2 7/8", one of those odd sizes we'll never find.

You can download the article and see for yourself; it also has a good diagram of how things are put together.

Hope this helps...

Alright, thanks for the help, guys! One of these days I should get my butt into gear and post some progress pics up here.
