Default Looking for Corvette salvage yards on the west coast

I'm trying to find a salvage yard that deals in Corvette parts. Anywhere in California. Don't mind driving that car.

Here's one in Rancho Cordova I got my Camaro seatbelts for my 73. I think they're mainly C4 parts, but they have an e-mail parts request so it can't hurt to ask. http://www.ranchochevy.com/

Also Corvette Express in Vacaville has a good parts supply and can get hard to find parts, prices are about even with catalogs. http://www.corvetteexp.qpg.com/

Here's one thats not in Caly but close....Pacific Corvette in Puyallup, Washington. 1-800-228-2857. They keep all corvette parts on a computer by GM part number, just shoot them the part number and they have parts in used and some new condition. Used parts have usually been about 1/2 the price of new, has been my experience anyway.

Pacific Corvette used to be Lincolns Corvette in the North End of Seattle wich is still Lincoln Towing. I have purchased very little from them generaly only when I need something in a Hurry. I have found that there prices are generaly more than what it costs new. The last Part I needed was the AC box that I bumped when I was installing the Engine and Cracked. So I called and asked what shape it was in and drove all the way down there on a Friday Afternoon so as I could continue with my Engine install. Theres was Cracked worse than mine. Turns out they also have a Portland Store as well and had them ship one overnight so as I could continue on Monday. The one that showed up so in such bad shape that I wondered why anybody would even put it in a box other than to make it go away, wich it did straight in the Trash. I'm going to need something real bad to go back again.

I went to Ingrham High School close by. Unbelivable that they had an asking Price of $5000 for a complete Midyear 327 Engine with FI!!! Seams kinda Cheap by todays standards. Perfection Auto in Lake City closed and all there Parts went to Pacific to. Along with about every other Corvette only Body Shop in the NW. Since the C4 there really isn't a need for Corvette Body Shops You just bolt on a new Fender just like any steel car and if that won't fix it you just Total the car.
