Help with the Hooker Sidemounts, PLEASE?!?!
I'm sure a number of you know what I'm talking about when I say there is one bolt that does not fit in the flange because the bend in the pipe is too tight...any advice?
Thanks guys, Todd

#2 I believe was my issue. I dimpled the pipe carefully with a ball peen hammer. That''s using stage 8 bolts. With regular hex bolts you may need to grind down the flats on the bolt head to achieve a smaller hex as well.

why not just put a stud in that hole? Pre measure it and make it as shot as possible, then put a nut on the stud. They also make nuts with a smaller outside dia.
