they have it registered till 2017.

Its website updating.
The sys admin didnt setup a "work in progress" page until a few min ago.

Are they the only people that sell a TV system for a 200 4r?

Art Carr sells a system, as does TCI and a few others. Lokar maybe as well.

Bowtie's is the most complete, as far as I know, and looks to be the easiest to set up. Some of the others I've seen require a little bit of understanding of geometry and some minor fab skills.

They have been having issues with the site the past few weeks, but this is the first time I have not been able to connect. There have been several times that the site was painfully slow. I'm sure it is just a technical glitch . . . hope so, I just ordered my 200-4r from them.

You are not alone... I have ordered a 200R4 Stage 3 and sent payment since more than 3 weeks... And one week ago Bowtie said that they haven't received my bank transfert.

I sent them the copy of SWIFT MESSAGE delivered by my bank that told that money has been delivered...

Since this moment, they stop to reply to my message and never confirm that they have money...

Hope that they can solve our problem fast...

I tell you more news ASAP. I just sent them the link about this POST.

I really want to support bowtie while they go through the fallout of being hacked BUT the first thing a hacker would do is to change the bank account numbers on the website to route money to his own. Hopefully BTO can recover quickly.

I would worry about my credit card info being stolen.

just emailed bto to thank them for speedy service, and got this reply just then,

Hi Alan;
Thank you.
Sorry our website was down but we got hacked and had to take it down to protect our data and our customers.
As far as we can tell no important data was compromised.
Once again Thank You;
