Default Help with 1970 2.6amp IOD with NO FUSES

I'm working on my bro-in-law's 1970 convertible and trying to sort out a battery draw. I got the wiring diagram from papawana, but can't make much sense of it.

I have the alternator disconnected and all fuses pulled from the fuse box in the drivers footwell on the firewall.

What other items could be drawing 2+amps that are not fused?

Any direction you could offer to track down this draw would be great!

Thanks for the list. None of those run through the fuse box? Are they fused at all?

I have the alternator disconnected already and thought for sure that was my problem to start with, but nope...

Where should the horn relay live? Is it under the dash in the wiring mess there?
