I replaced all mine with KYB gas a just. Tremendous improvement.

But to be honest, if I had the cash I'd go the Bilstein route.

That's for another day though.

It is the pre-welded one. There's plenty of room as long as you have electric fans.

Cool! any reason for non-weld vs pre-weld?

Not if you have electric fans. I think they say you can use the non-welded one if you have a mech fan and maybe sneak it by and weld it.

FWIW, I couldn't install the non-welded kit as designed with my BB (w/electric fans) without doing additional fabrication, and so I sold it in favor of opting for a pre-welded one with the bar located at the front CA/tower bolts. YMMV

I did the same with my 78 SBC-could not get the non-welded kit to work-too much work and guesstimating. Sold it to a forum member and bought the speedirect bar with the welded pieces for the control arm-MUCH easier. Best $125 I have spent on the car!!!

Guldstrand sold Monroe Formula GP shocks on every GS-80 he built, I know those are all C4 cars, but Dick swore by them.
