we didn't cc the runners, but according to Steve @ total flow they usually run on the large size of the advertised number. The bowls were blended up into the radius but the straight part of the runners are as cast. The chambers cc'd at 67-68 as cast.
Total cost for decking, bowl blend, chamber porting, cc, and match to bore, back cut valves, shimming springs, bench flow was $750

The heads were delayed so I picked a comp shelf grind to get it finished by early spring. I started planning the next upgrades before I even fired her up for the first time.
This weekends project switching the qjet for a 650 ultra double pumper and next winters project solid roller and 10.5 comp RPM intake...Straub cam

Dur @ .200 should read 145 int 151 exh.

They flow better than a set of afr 180s for about the same price. I'll have to remember total flow.

As flyinnace posted for out of the box figures.
I shaved my heads down to 61 cc's. Out of the box they were 68 cc's. 61 was as far as I could go. Took .030 of material off. I wanted 59cc's so was not real happy with the over sized 64cc chambers.
I ported the head myself. pretty much just cleaned up burrs, blended the valve seats and opened up the exhaust port to increase the flow there just a bit hopefully.
I don't have any where to flow test them around here so I used a vacuum cleaner and water depression system to compare flows before and after. I showed an improvement mostly at the lower lift figures.
The 180 SHP heads cc out to 199 cc's.
So my ports are oversized in my opinion. I cammed it with a 219/219@ .050 Lunati roller cam with Hooker headers and side pipes.
runs good, but more could be had if the heads were better fitted for this engine. I don't spin it over 6000 probably need more spring to do so, and a different cam.
This was not an all power effort build however. It was more of a compromise between power, driveability and comfort. So I left the 3.08 rear gears in and just used a 2600 stall converter with the Th350.
