I use Hooker long tube headers and sidepipes.

I also put in the Hooker inserts with fiberglass.

The car has a really nice rumble and people notice it well enough. But I can listen to the radio with the T tops off and talk to the girl in the seat next to me.

I had to notch the lower aluminum runner on the passenger side because for some reason the bolt for the collector wouldn't clear it.

This might be an anomaly with my car as I don't know anyone else with this clearance issue. Other side was perfect.

I also got the heat shields from a fella in New York who makes them for only 300.00. I had mine powder coated black to match the scheme I wanted.

I am very very happy with this set up. With my 383 and cam the rumble is unmistakeable, but comforting and not annoying.
