Default Replacing rear harness on a '70...

Do any of you have tips or tricks that may come in handy?

My dash harness needs to be done as well, would it be redundant to replace it at a different time?

I have the AIM and the laminated diagrams...

Do yourself a favor and soak the 4 ground wires that bolt to the back of each tail light housing stud. If the studs are rusted, you might end up breaking them and the housing are around $60 each.

I replaced my dash and rear harness at different times and I didn't think it was too redundant. The only area that over laps is the center console, due to the fiber optics.
