Default Where is your ground for your dash wiring?

Admitedly, I gave up on my corvette a year and a half ago, it killed my spirit, 1 step forward, 2 steps back. Well, I'm back at it with a vengenace. I replaced the rear wiring harness, power window harness, and fuel line (this is just the most recent list). As I'm hooking everything back up I noticed my 2 grounds, 1 for my power windows and one for the dash wiring harness. Where do these grounds need to go? I cannot figure it out. If you could post a picture that would be super helpful.

Thanks,
Sonny

Main dash harness grounds on the driver's door hinge post.

Off hand, I cannot recall a separate ground for power windows. Have you checked the AIM?

I saw a hole there looks like its just below where the headlight switch will be. I couldn't tell if that was metal or some kind of fiberglass so I didn't know whether to mount there or not.

The relay under the console needs to be grounded and the motors ground to the door frame.

I ordered a brand new power window harness from willcox, it has two grounds, one by the relay and one near where the harness plugs into the fuse box.

Just a suggestion, but while you are going to the trouble to re-wire your windows you might consider installing a 4 relay set up and a #10 ground wire direct from motors to birdcage. This up-grade is reported to greatly improve the window performance.

I am working on this today and here is a picture with just the power and ground wires installed.

Good news is, I found where the ground wire goes, Yes I feel stupid because it is so obvious but oh well. Ole dave, do you have a wiring diagram for that set up? doesn't look too complicated.

Here you go. I got the relays from Amazon.
