Default B&M shifter update

The weather finally got good enough to get the vet out of hibernation and test drive the recently installed B&M shift kit in my 1978 Pace Car.
As I previously posted the kit installation was not as bad as I thought it might be and the kit itself was very good. After installation (app. 6 hours) I ran the car on stands as suggested just to check for leaks and gear shifting etc. I was very happy with the test drive. Quite a difference. Very crisp but quiet shifting, the clunk I had when initially going into reverse is gone, the car runs great and I would recommend this kit to anyone considering putting one in.

Nice. I love it when a plan comes together!

I'm jealous, though. We have about four feet of snow outside and it will be at least a month before my car sees the road.
