If I've got the rules right, since you've still got the original engine type, all stock pollution stuff must still be in place.

It's the same engine, just TPI manifold + Holley HP EFI.
I have the PCV and CCV connected, but no EGR.

Nothing would be better, but since it's been decided that it's necessary I don't mind our new emissions testing. I pass my C5 with headers, no AIR system and no cats. You likely couldn't get that past your guy with the mirror.

Now, these rules for "hot rods" are dumb...
