Is there really a way to do a simple 'shadetree' wheel alignment?

Burning Brakes
I was going to do this myself but when I hot the new tires at NTB, the owner asked me why.
I told him I just rebuilt the entire suspension and wanted it done right.
He said no problem, we put it on the lift, hook it up to the computer, shim as required.
Took an hour and cost 80 bucks. I closely watched and we even added a little extra as recommended by Borgeson.
That computer is stunningly accurate. You can see the settings right on the screen. Watch the adjustments.
Sure is more accurate than my eye, string or metal plate method.

I'm revivng this thread......I removed my differential last night, and hopefully in a few days it will be re-installed.
Then I can start the alignment process with pics to show what I learned from the internet.
My little brain is working on the design for two simple frame adapters to make it easier to align each trailing arm assembly.
I'll add more info in a couple days after I clean up/re-bush/paint the assembly.
