I'm looking at making a foam seal that will go between the hood and the radiator core support. I'd like to have a one piece that will go across and not have the multiple piece seals that local vendors show. Has anyone made their own? Material? Picture?

You can just get one for a 75, it is not split and goes all the way across. I made one out of a piece of pipe insulation, but then ordered the right one for it.
