The trick is to install a Quick disconnect harness if u ever take the starter off:http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-810010/overview/

I had to get to mine a couple months ago and had to remove the 2 starter bolts which allowed the starter to turn enough to get to the wire connections. I just put a rag over the header and let the starter rest on the header.
