Default Window Frames screw hole repair

In an effort to repair the windshield frame on my '76 - which is in relatively good shape - some of the screw holes for the corner chrome pieces are not located where they need to be. What is the best way to fill and redrill the holes? Some of these will only need to be moved about 1/8" or less. I don't have access to a welder so that might change how I have to go about it.

Thanks

I thought about that but just wasn't sure how well it woul hold up to red rolling. I'll grab some and give it a try
