Who's going to Carlisle this year?
I live 40 minutes from there and the wife hates car shows,so what do you say we convoy.Ran into a string of vettes one year on the way up,and the lead guy puts the hammer down.There must have been twenty of us doing at least 120mph. I figured if a cop saw us he'd fill his shorts!!!!!!!!!

I'll be there on Friday, planning on bringing the vette this time, as of now I don't need to buy anything too big. :D

My family in Pa. goofed!!!!!!!! I am heading up that way late next week for a reunion. The should have planned it closer to the Carlisle event :yesnod:
We'll be in Stroudsburg, Pa June 25 thru the 28th, then going to the reunion in Lancaster June 29 and 30th.
Does anything Corvette related go on Friday or Saturday night in the Lancaster area???? I'm going to ask on the NE events board also. I'll need to get away for a bit from all of the family events or I'll go craaaazzzzyyyy!!!!!

I just learned about Carlisle about a month ago and am thinking about flying up and going. I may have to wait a year to find a room.

Yep!! I'm goin this year!! Room reserved and leaving Friday AM. Some one said in a previous Carlisle post that there is a CF tent. We can meet there if there is one. :cheers: Say 12 Noon.

I'm going since I live here. Bought my 77 last year and been working on it off and on since. Found out yesterday we have to take my son to college (Freshman) on the Saturday of the show. Guess I cram everything in on Thrus, Friday & Sunday. Hope to get back in time to see the parade since I can't be in it. D#%n, oh well, maybe next year. Good luck.
