Default Question regarding 1969 350 Small-Block and 427 Big-Block engines

I have a question regarding the 1969 350 Small-Block engine (L46) and the 1969 427 Big-Block engine (L36 through ZL1). Was the central manifold intake and the carburetor for these engines available as both aluminum or steel or were they just one way--that is, were they only available as aluminum or were they only available as steel?
I also have another question concerning the rear window of the 1969 Corvette Stingray Coupe. Did each car have a pop out rear window or did only a few have this feature?

All '69 SBC intake manifolds were cast iron, all '69 BBC were cast aluminum.

All '68-'72 coupe Corvette had a removable rear window.
