You need to pull your horn button and jam a screwdriver as far as you can push really hard. And if the fluid is touching the end of the screwdriver you're having worst problems then I can help you with.

I'm thinking about installing a speedometer cable ratio reducer, to get my speedometer to tell the correct MPH. Hah! Jokes on you, speedometer cable ratio reducers actually exist!

It's more likely halogen leaking from the headlight when they're closed...
