Radiator
Is there a secret to get the shroud out of the car ? maybe remove the shroud with the radiator ? I dont want to screw up putting it back together with a new aluminium radiator.

undo the six bolts holding the radiator and frame to the front clip. this will allow you to move the assembly forward enough to get the shroud out. I used a tie down ratchet to gently pull it forward

-Remove Hood
-Remove Fan assembly
-remove the 6 side bolts holding the Rad support, 2 support to crossmember and the brace
I pulled the whole unit out as an assembly and reinstalled it.
I'll take some pictures when i do it next week and document the process.
Bought Aluminum Direct fit from Zip for $399. (says made by Dewitts)
hope this cools the 454

I am about to go through this same exercise. Last time i did it I found the following seemed to work.
-Remove Hood
-Remove Fan assembly
-remove the 6 side bolts holding the Rad support, 2 support to crossmember and the brace
I pulled the whole unit out as an assembly and reinstalled it.
