Default is this an offset control arm shaft?

My car has more hillbilly in it than I originally thought. The car has mis-matched upper control arm shafts. The lowers are bent. Can someone confirm that I have one offset and one standard upper shaft? I can straighten the lowers on a press. Good idea? Should I stay with the offset shafts? Car is meant for road rally (cruising not autocross). I want a comfortable ride.

Yes, that is an offset upper shaft.
No, I would not recommend straightening the cast iron lower shaft. Just replace it.
