Default XSPower C3 Longtube Header / SidePipe Systems are BACK!

I am proud to announce to the C3 guys that the XSPower Longtube Header / Side Pipe systems are back. After being a supporting XSPower Vendor now for over 3 years, a supporting CorvetteForum vendor for 3 years, I am pleased to begin helping out the C3 guys

XSPower has made a few minor changes to make the C3 Small Block and Big Block systems fit and perform better than ever this time around, and check out below for information and how to order!

Small Block

Polished Stainless Steel Small Block Side Pipes from XS-Power

We have made alot of adjustments to these headers so that the fit is just right. No more steering box intereference, no pitman arm intereference and you wont need to cut your expensive to replace rocker panels!! You should be able to take these out of the very well packaged box and put them right on!!

1 7/8" primaries, 5/16" flange, 4" Collector

321 High Strength Polished Stainless Steel, Purge Tig welded

Side pipes are loaded with reverse flow glass pack mufflers.

Gaskets are included

Side Pipe mounting hardware is included.

Big Block

Polished Stainless Steel Big Block Side Pipes from XS-Power

We have made quite a few adjustments to these headers so that the fit is better than Hooker. And you shouldn't need to trim your rockers anymore!! They are pre-clearanced for the steering gear box and the frame. You should be able to bolt these on right out of the box!

2 1/8" primaries, 5/16" flange, 5" to 4" Collector

321 High Strength Polished Stainless Steel, Purge Tig welded

Side pipes are loaded with reverse flow glass pack mufflers.

Gaskets are included

Side Pipe mounting hardware is included.

Bring back the SS 1 7/8" Primary undercar long tube headers. Best headers I have ever had and I have been playing with cars for 40 years.
A lot of time and effort was put into these headers and will fit 99% of C3's.How long did it take to get the sidepipes right ?

I plan on buying a set sometime soon.
I don't knock supporters of the site, but some constructive criticism is OK?
These look like a quality product, but those couple of welds in the tubes right before the collector - they ain't perty.
Even with them, I may consider them, but if those welds weren't there - sold.

Just wondering if these headers & tubes are made in the USA or China like so many of the products available today.

Well I don't know what to tell you there. The collector is one piece and you have to weld tubes to it…. no way around it really unless you have a CNC billet collector with tubes built on it (then you would be paying several thousand dollars for this if even possible with the set-up).
I also don't understand how you are saying the welds aren't pretty… they are actually very pretty, and very nicely TIG'd. If you are saying you don't like the look of welds in general, hit them with some polish and they will polish right up like the piping around it to help blend in

Maybe Version IV will have one piece vice three piece header tubes?

Unfortunately that would still have no effect…. header tubes still need to be welded to the collectors.

Guys, the welds are beautiful!!! Dime over dime TIG…. put some polish on it and it looks amazing!

No, I know the welds at the collector are needed - I said about the welds on the tubes before the collector that can be seen. If they would have moved them in a few inches, they would've been under the car after the install.

I don't know why the tubes are three pieces and welded into one. Hooker has it figured out. Why not try them if your concerned about the looks.
