I am looking at purchasing a 1978 pace car and would like to hire someone to perform an inspection (mechanical, originality, prior damage and cosmetic).

I have a friend that lives in the area and also owns a 78 pace car... he's in the middle of restoring his..

he'll probably check it out for nothing.
