No front turns signals or four-ways (1981)
However, the running lights still work and the all the rear lights work at 100%. Suggestions and ideas appreciated?

Have you checked the fuses? Have you tried replacing the flasher?

usually if one turn light doesnt work,its b/c that bulb is bad. try changing the bulb. other times it may be a ground problem.

Have not checked the fuses (wouldn't a bad fuse knock out all 4?) and The flasher was replaced a month or two ago. A bad ground would make sense, as long as the running lights are on a separate ground.
