Looking for pics of the AC hookups for the L-68 with AC. I need the muffler assembly with hoses that bolts to the back of the compressor so need to know what it looks like. My parts are all in a box so I also need to see what I'm missing.

Anyone have some pics of a 390 or 400HP car with AC?
Did a search but it wasn't much help.

Mine is a September of 69 build if they are different.

I'm not a BB guy, but I'm pretty sure it was the same assembly as on the SB cars.

Do you have the assembly instruction manual (AIM)? The AIM shows the factory installation of the AC system and lists original part numbers. You can identify the items in your box with what you find in the AIM. If memory serves, the major difference between the small block and big block AC installs is the way the big block heater hoses route with AC.

I have the AIM but do not have the books above. The AIM's line drawings don't show the muffler assembly well enough to show exactly what the real part looks like. That is why I need a pic of an actual engine bay with AC. A vendor I'm talking to may have one but he needs a pic to make sure it is correct for a 69.

I can't believe no one on this forum has a picture of a 69 AC setup...
