Default Rear end vibration 70 454

I replaced a rear brake line, but still get no fluid brake to the roters, and while I have the rear end jacked up, with the car in gear and running, I have a bad vibration coming from the right rear drive shaft, I removed it and the u-joints seem fine and the vibration was gone. My question is "is it possible that since the rear axles are at their lowest point while jacked up, that the angle was causing the u-joint to hit the differential housing or binding somehow? I wiggled the differential flange on the side that I removed and it wiggled about 1/8 inch, is that normal?

Never run the car on jacks. The angles are so extreme the u-joints bind, as you noted.

Measure the diff yoke play. If it's really 1/8" you should rebuild the diff.
